I like to think your current vegetable cravings come from my unwavering support of your Easy Mac and Ramen obsession your freshman year of college. Eat enough fried noodles and starch and your body will eventually cry out for anything green....<br /><br />While the above recipe may have been "inspired" by me, I've never made cauliflower this way. I steam it first (which would lead to that fabulous smell wafting through the house) and then mash it with a potato masher.
